Support Specialist – Omgeving Helmond


Voor een klant in de omgeving van Helmond zijn we op zoek naar een Support Specialist. Het gaat om een vast dienstverband bij de klant.


  • First contact of our internal customers;
  • Analyze, categorize, process and follow-up on user requests (using ICT ticket system);
  • Provide timely feedback and status updates to the internal customers;
  • Troubleshooting and internal customer support;
  • Create documentation of error messages, solve issues and engage second line support if Required;
  • Create training materials and conduct user training;
  • Install and configure workplace and standard applications;
  • Conduct system tests;
  • Create and maintain system documentation;
  • Troubleshoot and monitor network and server infrastructure;
  • Participate,when Required, in ICT project as Project Team member;
  • Assist in the operation of the servers onsite and remotely together with the international team;
  • Assist in the operation of the network infrastructure and provide technical assistance and support incoming queries and issues related tot computer systems, software and hardware.

Functie eisen

  • Relevant ICT qualifications;
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in an ICT service environment;
  • Good broad know-how in the areas of hardware and software;
  • Practice with Microsoft operationg systems, applications and server technologies;
  • Good foreign language skills (English needed and German is a pré);
  • Structured and solutions-oriented way of working;
  • Technical understanding and high willingness to learn;
  • Good communication and team skills;
  • Service oriented;
  • Knowledge of Cisco is a pré.
